1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by Dream Visa Solutions are digital in nature and are delivered via email, download link, or direct access after payment.

Once the product has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned, and refunds will not be issued except in special cases as mentioned below.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Before Download/Access: If you have purchased but have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, you may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at dreamvisasolutions93@gmail.com
• After Download/Access: Once the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, cancellations are not allowed.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:

• Duplicate payment for the same product
• Technical issues causing failure of delivery (after verification)
• Accidental purchase of the wrong product (must be reported within 2 hours and before download)

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of compatibility with devices, unless the issue is on our side
• Failure to read product descriptions before buying

4. Exchange Policy

We may, at our discretion, offer an exchange of the digital product for another of equal or lesser value if requested within 2 hours of purchase and before accessing the file.
